1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aaas.builders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The service is operated by Agents as a Service, reachable at legal@aaas.builders. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Use of Free Tools (Skill Slams)

Skill Slams are provided free of charge for individual, non-commercial exploration. Each slam generates AI-assisted output using your inputs. You may not use Skill Slams to:

• Automate bulk requests or scrape outputs at scale
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
• Reverse-engineer or replicate our AI prompts or models

3. Intellectual Property

Slam outputs generated from your inputs belong to you. AaaS retains all rights to the underlying prompts, models, and platform infrastructure. The aaas.builders site, brand, and codebase are © Agents as a Service and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Disclaimer

Skill Slam outputs are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. AaaS makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose. Use outputs as a starting point — always review before relying on them.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of aaas.builders or any Skill Slam output. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.

6. Email Communications

By providing your email address to receive a Skill Slam output, you consent to receive that output and, where applicable, a follow-up proposal from AaaS. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will never send unsolicited marketing emails unrelated to your slam activity.

7. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of aaas.builders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with a new "Last Updated" date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
